Norton finding cookies that Spybot doesn't

I'm finding that my Norton Anti-Virus program consistently finds 1 - 10 cookies after each scan that never show up with Spybot. This even happens immediately after updating and running "updates", "Immunize" and "Search & Destroy". They seem to be legitimate spyware from the Norton descriptions provided. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
