How to make sure ?

my PC was infected with Vundo and other virus, I've tried to check previous posts about the best was to get ride of these stuff.

Now, whenever I restart my PC new stuff show up on my desktop like "Find Spyware Remover", "free online dating" or " Go to Casino" !

how can I make sure tha my PC is clean has nothing harmful ?
