Default Cannot get rid of TeaTimer !

I installed SpyBot, I configured it then Immunized than I saw that this Anti-Spyware is not what I've been looking for, so I uninstaled it, deleting all files and backup too.
    Now I cannot remove:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\SpybotSD TeaTimer

After refresh it's apearing again, what to do ?
How to complrelety remove Spybot SD ?!
    help !

    Hello,

In order to completely uninstall Spybot - Search & Destroy, please consider the following link:
    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/howto/uninstall.html

It is important to use the 'very small fix'. This is how to use it:
On our website please right-click the 'very small fix'-link and choose 'Save as'.
The small fix will then be downloaded. Now you can execute it with a double click on its symbol.
If this does not work, you can right click the small fix download and choose 'Merge'.
Now all entries that belong to Spybot - Search & Destroy will be deleted from the registry.

    Best regards

I cannot understand, I've used many programs but this is first time when I really cannot get rid of a program that I've installed, yes I deleted every thing in Document and Settings in Program Files and in registry, but I cannot delete SpybotSD TeaTimer from:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
I delete it but after refresh it appears again :(
All my settings after restart comeback as they were.
Waiting for a reply that will resolve my problem...Developers !
