Cannot post on the three General boards?

I post this here as I can't on any of the general boards. Found nothing in FAQ that those boards are restricted (including the Test board and the Tavern).
My question is why?

I don't have permission to start new threads in those forums either. The forums are:

• Announcements
  http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=2
• Tavern
  http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=19
• Tests
  http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=20

I get:

md usa spybot fan, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Sorry folks, I will look into that as soon as I can get a handle on this new (to me) software.
