Question Tea Timer New start How??

How does one clear out previous usage from Tea Timer?
I turned Tea Timer off and left it off because if I turn it off, then shut down and restart computer and then restart Spybot S&D, Tea Timer starts right back up like it never had been disabled. In other words how do I get a clean start. This is a house computer and I'm not at all sure of what others may or may have permitted to occur. Any info appreciated.

    To completely reset TeaTimer 1.4:
    • Stop TeaTimer.
      • Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident
        • Uncheck (if checked) the following:
Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
      • Make sure that TeaTimer is not running by checking for the TeaTimer System Tray Icon. If the icon is there:
        • Right click Spybot's TeaTimer System Tray Icon > click Exit Spybot-S&D Resident. TeaTimer should close.
    • Delete the RegKeyWhite.sbe and RegKeyBlack.sbe files to make TeaTimer forget any previous remembered decisions.
      • If you check "Remember this decision" during Registry change alerts, the information is stored in a file named either RegKeyWhite.sbe or RegKeyBlack.sbe depending on whether it was an "Allow change" or a "Deny change". The locations of the RegKeyWhite.sbe and RegKeyBlack.sbe files are:
        • Windows 95/98
          C:\Windows\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Excludes
        • Windows ME
          C:\Windows\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Excludes
        • Windows NT/2000/XP
          C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Excludes
        • Windows Vista:
          C:\ProgramData\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Excludes
    • Delete all of TeaTimer's snapshot files before restarting TeaTimer so that TeaTimer will start fresh and does not use the snapshot files to compare against the current content of the registry. To do that:
      • While TeaTimer is not running, delete all the .reg files located in one the following directories:
        • Windows 95/98
          C:\Windows\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Snapshots
        • Windows ME
          C:\Windows\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Snapshots
        • Windows NT/2000/XP
          C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Snapshots
        • Windows Vista:
          C:\ProgramData\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Snapshots
    • Restart TeaTimer:
      • Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident
        • Check the following:
Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
    • Stop and start TeaTimer to make sure that the Snapshot are stored:
      • Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Resident
        • Uncheck the following:
Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
        • After TeaTimer stops, check the following:
Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
