Default I can't get rid of Sony Rootkit

When I type cmd /k sc delete $sys$aries into the run box I get the following information.

'swsc' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file.

    C:\Documents and Settings\Thompson>

    Please help!

    See this: http://cp.sonybmg.com/xcp/english/updates.html
    http://cp.sonybmg.com/xcp/english/form14.html
    the google: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...it&btnG=Search
    more information from google: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search

This is not something I will fool with, it is Sony's resposibility, they are the idiots that did it. If the information I posted does not help you, then I suggest you contact Sony or perhaps your attorney and not necessarily in that order.

    Thanks
