Spybot Out of Memory - 'nnqjsyxs.exe'

Found this little spot running on my system:

C:\Windows\System32\nnqjsyxs.exe

Updated SpyBot from 1.4 -> 1.5, and when it hit this
one, it choked with an "Out of Memory" error and
crashed and burned.

Simple solution, kill the proc and quickly rename it
tacking a '.old' at the end (nnqjsyxs.exe.old), reboot
and you can just delete it.

Now why did Spybot choke on this one, I've never seen
it die off like that before.
