There's one thing I miss in RegAlyzer that even the standard Regedit has: exporting registry branches.
Just now, only the selected key can be exported, the subkeys are ignored.
Any chance that this will be implemented?

Subkeys are ignored? Sounds more like a bug even than a missing features, since it actually should be able to do that. Will test

Anything new? Tested on a diferent system with the same result:
When I export e.g.
My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\7-Zip
which has the three subkeys
- Compression
- FM
- Options
all I get is this:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\7-Zip]
"Path"="D:\\Programs\\7-Zip"
"Lang"="de"
