Spyware softstop has taken over HELP!!

OMG, This software downloaded itself onto my pc and has taken over everything. I tried to track the company but they are located in Russia. I am new at this and didn't know about this board until today. I've been suffering with this darn thing for a few days. I can't even go onto my regular sites to check news or email, it redirects me to all sorts of other sites and appears to have downloaded other junk on to my pc. I downloaded a program called Spyhunter that my neighbor told me about because he gave it to me on a disc whereas I was unable to download hijackthis or any other program because of the Spywaresoftstop. The log that it gave me was apparently too long to fit into this post so I have created a page for it on my own, here is the link: xxx//xxx. newyorkmobilenotary24-7.com/pclog.htm

Please let me know how I can post it up for reviiew or if this link is okay. I have asked my neighbor to give me the Hijackthis on a disc just in case these logs don't help. I use this PC for work, any help is greatly appreciated.

Do your best to produce a HJT log and copy paste it into this topic. A helper will assist you as soon as available.
