I work with 1shoppingcart.com and we are having an increasing number of complaints that customers are not able to access our website or any of our other domains. It was only after some investigation that we discovered that we are being incorrectly blocked by your software.
We would request any information on the reasons we are being blocked and what we can't do to remove this block. Our paying customers have the right to access our website and any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
I have also emailed support, but as of yet have not received a response.
