    Default Problems Not Fixed

    Hi guys-
    I really would appreciate any help.
    Everytime I try to fix problems, there is always one file that cannot be fixed. the cpu possibly requires a restart, but nothing happens when I do.

    it looks like the problem is Smitfraud-C.CoreService...
