Minor Bug - Layout error in dialog window

After installing Spybot 1.4 (clean install on one system, upgrade from 1.3 on another system) I noticed an error in one of the dialog windows used by Spybot. When a registry setting changes, I receive a popup notification asking for approval. In this popup window, the "Remember this decision" checkbox is positioned too high, so the text on the Yes and No buttons is not readable. If you'd like here's a screenshot that shows what I mean.

Specs:

(the "clean install" machine)
Windows 2000 Professional SP 4

(the "upgrade from SB S&D 1.3" machine)
Windows XP Professional SP 1, running with themes disabled

Additionaly, I got the following error:
Warning: mail(): Could not execute mail delivery program '/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i ' in /homepages/14/d83789217/htdocs/spybot/scripts/emailform.php on line 164
when I tried to use the bug report form on http://www.spybot.info/en/contact/bugs.html

Not sure why you received an error trying to use the bug report form.
I just sent a test email which mailed just fine.
