delete the contents of this folder (I would just delete the folder if you are done with it)
C:\BackUpMSNCleaner\image27.zip.vir/image27-www.photobucket.com Infected: Backdoor.Win32.IRCBot.ans skipped
C:\BackUpMSNCleaner\image27.zip.vir ZIP: infected - 1 skipped

C:\qoobox\Quarantine\ <<< delete that folder (combofix) in red, quarantined junk will go with it.

C:\VundoFix Backups\ <<< delete that folder (vundofix)

None were active, all were quarantined, once you have done the above, restart the computer and clean your System Restore files like this:
