It is possible that instead of ordering the search alphabetically by name of spyware search is made according to the order of probability.

What do you mean with probability?
Then most users would abort the scan and think that it has scanned for the important stuff. But a complete scan is important.

There's one silly trick though if you're just up to scanning for the currently most active stuff: switch to advanced mode if you haven't done so yet, go to Settings -> Filesets, and select only those files that end in ...C.sbi (C stands for current)
