It appears TeaTimer is keep stuff in memory and returning it when you turn TT back on. The junk is not malware, simply clutter, but we want it gone.
Sometimes (rarely) we have to uninstall Spybot S&D completely to stop this, first will will try this.
1) TeaTimer will block changes we must make, use these instruction to turn it off until we are done.

In some cases it's sometimes quite usefull to reset TeaTimer, once you've had it disabled to remove HijackThis entries :
Download ResetTeaTimer.bat
http://downloads.subratam.org/ResetTeaTimer.bat
Double click ResetTeaTimer.bat
to remove all entries set by TeaTimer
(and preventing TeaTimer to restore them upon reactivation)
2) Make sure all files and folders are still showing:

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\qiawpbjj.exe <<< just make sure that file is gone.
Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
