404 error screen

my son got on a websight and aftwards my screen chaned when we turn on computer after icons come up they are big and in the background it says 404error page cannot be found the page you are looking at does not exist and the words are very blurry and has a orange border around this and my whole page and start has changed ran symantec and webroot will spybot help????????? how do I rid this?????????
