Default Spybot 1.5 breaks Windows Group Policy

My school system employs Group Policy to control our student desktops. Spybot "breaks" the policy when it is run and requires us to force GP back on the workstations. I know there must be an option I can set to prevent this, but I have tried changing numerous settings with no success. Has anyone else seen this and have an answer? Thanks.

    Hello,

By the way....could it be that you break the license?
Spybot Search and Destroy is only free for the private use.
The license agreement is available on: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/p..._license1.html

Corporate users need to purchase a license.
There will be a 50% rebate for schools, universities (where the number of users/machines is staff only) and other non profit organisations.

Some more information is available on www.safer-networking.ie

    Best regards
    Sandra
