Delete the file in red:

These you will have to decide, may not be bad, I personally would delete them, especially since the seem to be a backup
C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\update\2-30-523.bak\LogMeIn.exe Infected: not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.RemotelyAnywhere.a skipped
C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\update\2-30-523.bak\ramaint.exe Infected: not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.RemotelyAnywhere.a skipped
(same with this one, may not be bad, your call)
C:\Program Files\RealVNC\VNC4\wm_hooks.dll Infected: not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.WinVNC.4 skipped
C:\qoobox\Quarantine\ <<< delete that folder
C:\RECYCLER\ <<< empty your Recycle Bin
Once you get to hear, restart the computer and clean the System Restore like this:
MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SYSTEM RESTORE
Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Reboot
Turn ON System Restore,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
