Thanks for returning your scan results, let see what we have:
KASPERSKY ONLINE SCANNER REPORT Tuesday, December 11, 2007 3:06:13 PM
    Delete the file in red:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\rtepre.html Infected: Trojan-Clicker.HTML.IFrame.dn skipped

These you will have to decide, may not be bad, I personally would delete them, especially since the seem to be a backup
    C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\update\2-30-523.bak\LogMeIn.exe Infected: not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.RemotelyAnywhere.a skipped
    C:\Program Files\LogMeIn\update\2-30-523.bak\ramaint.exe Infected: not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.RemotelyAnywhere.a skipped

(same with this one, may not be bad, your call)
    C:\Program Files\RealVNC\VNC4\wm_hooks.dll Infected: not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.WinVNC.4 skipped

    C:\qoobox\Quarantine\ <<< delete that folder

C:\RECYCLER\ <<< empty your Recycle Bin
