    Question Norton AntiBot

    Hoist der Beers Anybody got Feedback for this new Bot Killer ? These threats are constantly changing . Can`t there be 1 (one) program to keep us SAFE !!

    In a nutshell you said it yourself, "constantly changing".

    Currently it is not possible for any one program to take on the job of keeping you safe, there are countless new exploits daily.

    User participation in computer education, and practice of safe surfing, would go a long way.

    Default norton antibot

    utilizes a technique that is known as behavorial analysis which means that it wont detect a behavorial masked trojan..
    and may produce false positives. so i wouldent trust this app. as my bot killer even though i'm using it on my stationaire at the moment. it failed to detect a simple rootkit and a behavorial masked remote control trojan.. luckely it was only malware simulators but that tell's us alot about the quality but if you want the best hips avaible then have a look at pro security..
