Hello zhino123 and welcome to the Forums

You're infected. A few of the infections look like backdoors that allow attackers to steal information. If this system is used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately by using a different computer (not the infected one!) to make the changes. Banking and credit card institutions, if any, should be notified of the possible security breech. I suggest that you read this article too.

    Go to virustotal.com
Copy the following to the box next to "Browse" button:
    C:\Windows\system32\dllrun.exe
    Click on Send
Wait for the scan to end.

Do the same for this: C:\Windows\system32\SysTraymon.exe

Copy & Paste the scan results to here.

    Hi again

Those are definately backdoors (and they're running)

This allows hackers to remotely control your computer, steal critical system information and Download and Execute files

I would counsel you to disconnect this PC from the Internet immediately. If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.

Though the infection has been identified and can be killed, because of it's backdoor functionality, your PC is very likely compromised and there is no way to be sure your computer can ever again be trusted. Many experts in the security community believe that once infected with this type of Trojan, the best course of action would be a reformat and reinstall of the OS. Please read these for more information:

How Do I Handle Possible Identify Theft, Internet Fraud and CC Fraud?
When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall

I can help you in the cleaning if you don't want to reformat but there is a possibility that we can't get you 100% clean.

Please let us know what you have decided to do in your next post

    Mr_JAk3

    Thanks for informing and advice.

I am still considering what option to take.

Just to ask, whether if i transfer my data to a external hard drive as backup, will those backdoors or trojans infect my external hard drive too?

In addition, can you recommend a so call "best security system" like which antivirus to use, which malware removal software etc.

    Hi

If you want to reformat you may take backups of your text, music and image files (these should be safe to backup). Don't transfer any program files.

But if you want to clean it, I'm happy to help you.

Hmm Protection; you have ESET installed but is it updated?

    If you wish to clean:

I'd like to have a closer look on the files...

Please download the Suspicious file Packer from Safer-Networking.Org and unzip it to your desktop.

    Run SFP.exe.

Please copy the following lines into the Step 1: Paste Text window:
    C:\Windows\system32\dllrun.exe
    C:\Windows\system32\SysTraymon.exe

    then click "Continue".

This will create a .cab file on your desktop named requested-files[Date/Time].cab

    Please go to this forum
There's no need to register. Just start a new topic in the "Uploads" section, titled "for Jak3".
Add the link of this topic to the message.

Use the Attachment box to upload the cab file from your desktop.

NOTE: You will not see the files that have been uploaded (including the ones you upload yourself) as they only show to the authorised users who can download them

    Thanks

You should print these instructions or save these to a text file. Follow these instructions carefully.

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune to your desktop.
    Do NOT run yet.

Use the process viewer in Hijackthis, open the Misc Tools section, Process Viewer, to "Kill process" the following running processes one by one:

    C:\Windows\system32\dllrun.exe
    C:\Windows\system32\SysTraymon.exe
    C:\Windows\system32\SysTraymon.exe

Run HijackThis, click Do a system scan only, and check the box next to each of these entries if still present. Close all other windows and press Fix checked. If something isn't there, please continue with the next entry in the list.
