Thanks for returning your scan results. Not sure what you are downloading here, but it's infected. It might be one item or three, but delete whatever it is.

C:\RECYCLER\ <<< after you delete the above junk, then empty your Recycle Bin on the Desktop, junk in there also.

When that is done, restart your computer and clean your System Restore files like this:
MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SYSTEM RESTORE
Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
Reboot
Turn ON System Restore,
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
If you followed directions, the next Kaspersky scan will be clean, I do not need to see a clean scan result.
