Btrjwvud.exe and other problems

hi im new to all this and im not very clever so you'll have to be kinda specific.I have a problem every time i start up my pc it says resident:process terminated because btrjwvud.exe was on the black list or sumtin like that and it goes on and on and on until I must close spybot.

The second problem is that every time i start my pc it says global entry change and it asks me to allow or deny,usually i deny but im kind of gettign tired of clicking deny everytime i start my pc and i dont want to do any damage.

the third problem is that now i get random pop ups of internet explorer making me go on these poker sites and stuff.
please help i need it
