Win32.Tiny.abk Trojan? Help please.

The other day I noticed that my Internet surfing was going really slow, I think I should mention that I use Mozilla Firefox and I noticed that it was trying to access other websites on it's own, so I ran a Spybot search and it found some things and removed them, but one thing that it is having trouble removing is Win32.Tiny.abk, and I think that this is what is causing my slow internet browsing. Can anyone help me get rid of this?
