Protexis.mod help removal

currently using windows xp sp2

spybot detect protexis.mod & i tried to remove it but ask me to restart window.After restart, spybot automatically start scanning & found it again,i tried to remove it but it says to restart at the next startup to fix it.i failed to fix this spyware,when windows finished loading,when i click om my other application, it says "access denied" dialog came out.please help?

ALERT!
Protexis.MOD is a False Positive detection, which will be corrected next Wednesday, when the new definitions are released. The program is a key-logger - for a typing tutor application! ;-)
If Spybot deleted this program, you can restore it now, if you actually use the typing tutor. Click on the Recovery button (First Aid box w/green cross) and find Protexis.MOD and follow the instructions to recover the file(s).
