    Default Thanks Again...

    Phil,

Thank you again for all of your help.

    I have two quick questions...

    1) In one of the links you enclosed I read that I should not use two Firewalls at the same time. Is Windows Defender and COMODO Firewall Pro both such applications?

    2) Is there a site or forum that could help with general windows questions?

Please let me know when you have a second.

    Thanks again!

Good morning Windows Defender is not a firewall. Make sure you have the Windows firewall turned off in the Security Center since you run Comodo. Start > Control Panel > Security Center > Firewall >>> OFF

I will share http://www.google.com/ with you, it will answer most questions. For instance when I Google "general windows questions" I get 5,800,000 responses with the most used ones at the beginning. Two good forums, and there are many are:

    http://www.techsupportforum.com/micr...ws-xp-support/

    Hope this helps
