    Hi

"i am having computer with fluctuating speed"

What do you exactly mean by this?

"i also had a problem with a dr watson post mortem debugger errror message."

Can you give any details and how often it has occured?

    Hi

    How much RAM you have?

I already give you a link for slowness, if that doesn't help, you may need hardware upgrade.

    Hi

Adding more RAM and/or defragging should help.

Also, your windows installation is pretty old; reformatting might not be a bad idea as windows tends to get slower among time.

    Default Reacurring spyware

    Right ok

I have reinstalled windows XP home edition on the computer 2 with DELL tech support as spyware rendered computer unrepairable[well maybe if i had your skills ]

    anyhow
I came on here to stop that experience happening again...

    so i will
1: see what i can do based on the link you gave me
    2: Defrag
3: failing that consider ram upgrade or broadband upgrade[its not only on internet computer slows up]

    thanks

    Hi

Yes, those tips should help unless you need hardware upgrade (like more RAM).
