    Hello,

Spybot - Search & Destroy is not designed to find/remove viruses or worms.
It is designed for spyware, malware, adware, trojans, hijackers and keyloggers.
If you have no antivirus protection yet you should look for some.
Many people are asking for recommendations regarding firewall and antivirus software they should use.
Our recommendation regarding firewalls is Outpost from Agnitum.

Even the free version - Outpost Free - will fit most users' needs.

For a free anti-virus software for personal use, take a look at H+BEDV AntiVir:

    Question

I have already Anti-virus (AVG) and built-in firewall (Windows Firewall). CleanUp.exe, InstMed.exe and uharc.exe weren't active. AVG didn't found any infection in those files. How I can know that those files are infected with viruses or worms?
