"/Program files/??crosoft/n?tepad.exe" Found

I have a computer at home (I'm at work now) that cannot access the internet and when a virus scan is performed the following virus is found..."/Program files/??crosoft/n?tepad.exe". We are unable to remove this virus. The computer has Spybot and Norton Antivirus installed. What do I need to do to remove it?

If Spybot-S&D does not detect or remove an item and you know how to find the file's, please zip or rar the file/s and send them to: detections(AT)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)
