    Everest
    is good for CPU temperature checking.

    Memtest86+ checks RAM (must let to run overnight).

    Default Which one?

    Memtest86+ comes in three different way, first is a pre-build bootable ISO, second is a bootable binary and third an installable package for creating a bootable floppy. Third version are compressed in .zip and .tar.gz.

    Which one do I want? Sorry (am not sure).

    I have done the other the check. The temperature of CPU was 66 °C (151 °F).

    Hi

    Pre-build bootable ISO is the one.

    Unzip it, then burn it to CD and make computer boot from CD via BIOS (change it into 1st as boot order) and then insert CD in and boot computer.

    66 °C is can be much. What processor you have?
