    roverangas:

There is malware that deletes the SpybotSD.exe program. I suggest that you post in the Malware Removal forum and have experienced malware removal specialist take a look at your system.

To do that, please follow the procedure in the following link to run scans (excluding the Spybot scan, since you indicate the program is being deleted) and produce anvivirus/antimalware logs and a HijackThis log:
After you have completed the required scans and produced the requested logs, start your own thread in the Malware Removal forum, making sure to post the logs produced from the above instructions.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.

Firstly try and install Spybot to a different location.
Check your registry for anything dodgy running in the following locations:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > MICROSOFT > WINDOWS > CURRENT VERSION > RUN (& RUNONCE)
    AND
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > MICROSOFT > WINDOWS > CURRENT VERSION > RUN (& RUNONCE)

    That can be very risky.
Anyway, it's safer to use Malware Removal forum.

    roverangas:

There is a relatively good possibility that your problem is being caused by malware. So probably your best bet is to post in the Malware Removal forum, let someone take a look at your system and see if they can spot something awry.
