Spybot & Teatime being deleted

Spybot & Teatime being deleted. will attach logs requested. Ran Microsoft's baseline security and it fixed part of the issue but now MS baseline security never completes. Tried to install kaspersky software that I downloaded and it never completes an install. Ran GMER and it indicates there is some type of package that should be looked at and shows several hidden processes running. Thanks for all the assistance in advance.
I have also attached the two logs requested and the GMERPackage Log also.
