very slow to start and 0046c405 access violation teatimer at shutdown

Hi, I installed spybot 1.5.1.15 downloaded from your site 2 weeks ago and I installed it on my 3 computers. I have two problem with it:

1) At the installation, on the 3 computers, I saw that it takes sometimes 2 or 3 minutes just to start the program. Now, it still take 2 minutes to start, not at the bootup but if I close the program and I restart it by the start menu, it take 2 minutes to load.

2) At every shutdown of the computers, I have a windows that says "Access violation at address 0046C405 in teatimer.exe read of address 00000010". The problem occurs on 2 of the 3 computers.

What can I do?
