Thread: Help! Can not get rid of WINTEMS.EXE!

    No, it's not bad one. Please check once again does C:\Windows\system32 folder contain basesrv.dll file.

    If it doesn't navigate into C:\QooBox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32 folder and rename basesrv.dll.vir -> basesrv.dll. Then copy that renamed file to C:\Windows\system32 folder.

    Lol, the folder C:\QooBox is gone! Probably got wiped out when I ran the OTMoveIt CleanUp. How did we create C:\QooBox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32?

    i would if I could, but everytime I got to post a new topic, I get an error message that I can not post a new topic. I registered and activated my account with them so i should be able to post, but I cant
