You need to uninstall Norton 360 before trying to reinstall it.
Start hjt, do a system scan, check (if found):

Close browser windows and click 'fix checked'.
Download ATF (Atribune Temp File) Cleaner© by Atribune to your desktop.
Double-click ATF Cleaner.exe to open it
Under Main choose:
Windows Temp
Current User Temp
All Users Temp
Cookies
Temporary Internet Files
Prefetch
Java Cache
*The other boxes are optional*
Then click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox:
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click NO at the prompt.
If you use Opera:
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click NO at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
Run Kaspersky scanner again and post its report (you can upload it to http://rapidshare.com if it doesn't fit in your post).
Please download SafeBootKeyRepair.exe by sUBs to repair Safe Mode.

To run SafeBootKeyRepair.exe:
1. Close all programs/windows so that you have nothing open and are at your Desktop.
2. Double-click the SafeBootKeyRepair.exe file.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
Post:
-the entire contents of C:\SafeBoot_Repair.txt
-a fresh hjt log
-Kaspersky report
-a description of how's system running.
