Aornum Tracking Cookie won't go away

Spybot finds it and says it's fixed, and yet it keeps coming back, every day. To my knowledge, I've never visited iWon.com or dl'ed any of their software, although their ads are posted all over. Blah. Do I need to be concerned? I can't find it in my running processes, and here's my HJT log:

1) Are you running the newest version of Spybot S&D?

2) Please post your uninstall list like this:
Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP, Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

3) Update the program first and then run a complete system scan with: AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5\
Delete or quarantine anything it finds and save the scan report to post.

Recap: post any information I requested, the uninstall list and the scan report from AVG Anti-Spyware.

Now, for some reason, AVG Anti-Spyware won't let me save a scan report. I am a loss as to why. I did take a screenshot of it, and I can upload that if you would like.
