Virtumonde!

Well last night my computer got infected with the oh so lovable Virtumonde. Ive been searching all over the web on ways to get rid of it but I just cant find any way to get rid of it without having to to read pages and pages of what other people have done. I ran S&D and it said that I should disconnect the internet and restart then run again. Well that didn't work. I really want to get this thing out of my machine, somebody please help.
