Default Newbie - How Do I Answer This Spybot Pop-Up

How do I answer that Spybot question? Do I Allow or Deny?

Is it Spybot trying to make the change?

    Hello,

    Please allow the change.
It is about the stuff you have fixed with Spybot.
The resident TeaTimer is asking for making the items also deleted from the registry.
In order to get rid of the baddies for good please allow the change.

    Best regards

That was quick... thanks for the response...

Were those two items listed Virtumonde and HitBox really a big problem?

    Hello,

    Hitbox is only a cookie.
But Virtumonde is a real nasty one.

Yeah, I cannot get rid of these things... Norton 360 cannot kill it... Ad-Aware cannot kill it... Spy-Bot in SAFE-MODE cannot kill it...

    w32.trats
    iiihe.dll and iiihe.exe issues...

Basically... after using all of these tools... my PC will not boot into Windows at all.

So, I will have to restore from Backup Restore Utility... which brings it right back.

Someone should take a look at logs, please follow the procedure in this link:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance) Skip another Spybot scan for now.

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum where a helper will advise you when available.

    Cheers.
