2 files missing after running S&D

Hi, I have been working with Zenobia on the S&D forum and was asked to post to this forum instead. Here is a link to the expanation of my computer's problem.

I did not run Kaspersky because I have AVG on my computer and I didn't know if that would cause a conflict. I am not great on computers! Should I run Kaspersky? Do you think you could help me?
