Exclamation I still cannot remove Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk from my computer

I still cannot remove Zlob.DNSChanger.Rtk from my computer. I have tried to remove it in "safe mode" and that failed. I "remove" it on each scan, and it comes back. I spent literally 15 hours yesterday, trying all sorts of on-line computer cleaner-outers to try to remove it. Nothing worked. This is a tough bug! Help, please.

Also .... Spybot WILL NOT IMMUNIZE all the items on its own list. There are 19 browser "plugins" and coincidentally 19 unprotected items on my immunization list.

    THANKS

Consider posting in the Malware Removal forum and having someone take a look at your system.

If you decide to have an experienced malware removal specialist assist you, please follow the procedure in this link to run scans and produce a HijackThis log:
After you have completed the required scans and produced the requested logs, start your own thread in the Malware Removal forum, making sure to post the logs produced from the above instructions.

Many times that is because of other anti-malware software that you are running is preventing full immunization. We can handle that after you get your system cleaned up.

Getting an answer is one thing, learning is another.
