Confused Newbie

Hi i realized i had spyware so i downloaded spybot.
after i searched i had a ton of problems so i tried to delete them but the window was (not responding) some message kept coming up about 'Resident'
after it closed i reopened it and purged a list of items can you plz explain!

now i understand,
1 lil problem though, i had zlob toolbar (egodktf)
it is no longer enabled but it is still in the list of toolbars
i will reboot and post if there is still a problem

i have limited time on the computer on wkdays so i'll check on the wkend

Is zlob showing anywhere on your computer, if so where and is Spybot-S&D flagging it.

Also how is the machine running, any problems?
