1/2 visible buttons

I'm using Spybot-S&D and on one of the pop up windows, only the upper 1/2 or 1/4 of the buttons is visible.
I'm unable to see what my selections are. I may have already made some bad choices on deleting files, without knowing this.
Is there a way to make the whole button appear?
