    Default Help with virus malware removal - computer may be compromised - Cable Co warning

    I wanted help removing some viruses and malware as belive compuer is compromised.

    Our cable provider said mail, was coming from out computer so it must be compromised. I had noticed some mail warnings from Symantec AV on system

    Reports - I could never get the Kapersky progrgam to complter scan so Have posted what I got from Bitdefender

    Here is hijack and bit defener report - below

    Bit defender said some virus could not be removed and it had found these:
