command service how do i get rid of it?

well everyone seems to send a copy of the log so i'll send that.i've looked in the registry but am unsure what exactly i need to but i know that it's not safe in there (one wrong move and it could be really bad).Please anyhelp would be really great.

What version of SpyBot is it you have and when was it last updated ?

Open a command prompt (start run type cmd press enter)
type
sc delete cmdservice
press enter, type exit and press enter to exit the command prompt

Start Hijackthis and place a check next to these items If there.
