Spybot scan problems

I have had spybot for a couple weeks now, and it was working good till i purchased it. Now it runs scan and will stop at a certain spot and wont go anymore. Plus it will freeze up my computer. I have to shut it down before I can use anything on it. I have emailed the support group and done everything they have told me too, but nothing has worked.

Please clarify. Spybot-S&D is free for personal use. You can voluntarily donate to help the cause but it is not a purchased piece of software.

What is the actual executable that you are running (i.e. xxxxx.exe)? What email address did you contact the support group at?
