That's a lovely idea for a restaurant, and the first I've heard of it.

Fire....
I see "Cooking fire" is a world of warcraft thing, which I don't play, so why that thought plonked into my head, I'll never know.

Some might think I'm crazy but, I always thought it would be so cool to cook using an old fireplace the way pioneers did, kettles and cast iron pots.
Can you imagine a swing arm, over the fire, and a pot hanging from that full of beans
