Cut a steak into thin strips, saute with slivered onions, and bell peppers.
Smidgen of soy sauce, a small hit of steak sauce, and you got stir fry.
 
I don't think I've ever had an enchilada before, as I recall.
I had an old Canadian favourite earlier....Kraft Dinner. :)
 
Dang, we got to get you out more often.
When I see Kraft, it makes me think of macaroni and cheese
 
lol, yes. :D My family were all sort of pretty bland eaters, as in eating Spaghetti with just Tomato soup on it and a pat of butter, or French Toast....just eggs and toast. I just had Hen-In-The-Nest for the first time the other day.

Yup, that's what Kraft dinner is. Throw in some chopped up hot dogs while it's cooking and then add a little ketchup when it's done, and it's pretty all right.
 
lol. I mentioned once around an older relative how everybody in the family used to eat such bland food, thinking they'd laugh along with me. It-did-not-go-over-well! :LOL: I just got a bewildered and hurt look, I felt terrible for mentioning it.

Chili and cheese dogs sound yummy. I used to love the whistle dogs when I was a kid. 🌭 A&W had them recently for a little while, but they weren't the way I remembered them.

I bet you would like chili and cheese french fries.
Can't remember which restaurant offers those but I've also used Frito's corn chips to make it, yum yum
