I never did get the hang of having a nap, really. I worry about it too much. "What if I sleep too long? Should I set an alarm? Why do I need a nap, anyways? I should do the dishes instead." and on and on it goes until I just get up.
Gosh, we're made from the same cloth.
I'll study over something I need to do then have to PSYCH myself and get up to get started.
