Default "21.exe" virus ou "46.exe" virus and so on...

    Hello,

    I need for help...
    Here is my problem :
When I switch on my computer, after a few minutes, a "program/virus" (like 21.EXE or 46.EXE...) tries to connect to the internet. I know it tries to connect to the internet because "Norton Symantec" asks me if I allow it to connect or not. If I answer "yes", the "virus" does not stop to generate many, many, many mails and the RAM is all used. If I answer "no", nothing happens : the computer runs normally. I think the problem is (part) located in the file C:/Documents and Settings/Yann/Local Settings/Temp/21.exe or 46.exe etc...). But I am not sure. Maybe there are other problems...
I used Spybot software, Spyware software, Norton anti virus software and CCleaner to fix the problems. No result.
Here is the Kapersky analysis :

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
    http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

You have a couple of nasty trojans, some information:
    Trojan-Proxy.Win32.Agent.zm
    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search

    This one: C:\WINDOWS\system32\winnetwork.exe ------> Backdoor.Win32.IRCBot.blh
Looks like the really bad one, see this:
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/star...exe-21830.html
    http://www.symantec.com/security_res...070818-0630-99
This Trojan contains its own Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client. This allows it to connect to an IRC channel that was hardcoded into the Trojan. Using the IRC channel, the Trojan listens for commands from the hacker. The hacker accesses the Trojan by using a password-protected authorization. The commands allow the hacker to perform any of the following actions:
Manage the installation of the Trojan
Control the IRC client on the compromised computer
    Update the installed Trojan
Send the Trojan to other IRC channels
    Download and execute files
Perform DoS attacks against a target defined by the hacker
Uninstall itself completely by removing the relevant registry entries
You should probably read this information:

    http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10451
When Should I Format, How Should I Reinstall
    http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10063

If you want me to proceed past this point, do this:

    Download Trend Micro Hijack This™
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...HJTInstall.exe
Doubleclick the HJTInstall.exe to start it.
By default it will install HijackThis in the Program Files\Trendmicro folder and create a desktop shortcut.
HijackThis will open after install. Press the Scan button below.
This will start the scan and open a log.
Copy and paste the contents of the log in your next reply.

I apologize for the confusion, it may have been best if you had waited until you could respond to directions before posting. Please review the instructions in my post #2 on
2008-02-22, 17:37, if you wish to continue once you have done that, post the HJT log as described in those instructions.

    Thanks

Thanks for returning your HJT log, let's do this first:

    1) C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus\Quarantine\ <<< delete the contents of the NAV quarantine folder
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...00041213443506

    2) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
    * Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
    * If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
    * On the left hand side, Click on Tools
    * Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
    * Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
    * Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)

    3) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.
    http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

    * Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
    * Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    * Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
    * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    * When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt

Post the log from Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and a new HJT log.

    Thanks
