Drop box repair

Morning, All.
Making long story short: New monitor WFP, resolution is much higher than old CRT. Cannot set to optimum as cannot read print, but is set to higher than old. Spybot drop down box again has the allow/disallow buttons covering the "change". Downloaded the "tool", applied and it worked on the old monitor. Can no longer find that "tool" on my computer. Could someone please give me the name of it and where to get it again ? And No. 1, will it work at this higher resolution ? Still have 1.4 in use (1.5 DL'd, but not yet installed). Is it possible that a 1.5 install would take care of the problem ?

Found the small "fix" files posted in the past thru' the links you provided. From the many posts in the Forum, 1.5 seems to be causing a lot of trouble for folks.... Think I'll try the fix again on my 1.4 - It works so well.....
