Google Search: Back to 1

Is this spyware/something similar? Because I was just searching through google, and then at like 38 or something, it comes back to 1, and I know for sure, I hit next.

I didn't see the second page and didn't respond because I didn't see it, until I saw it 4-7 days after he posted it. :(
